Digital download purchase terms

Version digital-2026-10-26. These terms apply to separately purchased downloads, not existing Tools Pro passes.

What you buy

The product page specifies the price in USD, file list, format and version. Payment is one-time, through PayPal. You receive personal and internal business usage rights to the delivered version, not ownership of copyright, professional certification, personal tuition or a promise of future updates. No resale or public redistribution of source files. Your own completed work belongs to you.

Delivery

Sign in with your email before paying. Downloads appear in My downloads after our server confirms completed payment. If the return page is interrupted, open My downloads and use Check payment. Keep access to your email. You need a ZIP extractor, a modern browser for HTML and spreadsheet software for CSV. No passwords or macros are in the files.

Immediate access and cancellation

Checkout requires an explicit request for immediate digital delivery and acknowledgment concerning cancellation rights where applicable. This does not remove rights that cannot be waived under local law, or rights concerning faulty or misdescribed content.

7-day voluntary satisfaction refund

Contact the support email shown at checkout within seven days of completed payment with your order ID to request a full refund. This voluntary policy is additional to applicable statutory rights and PayPal dispute rights. Do not send card numbers or passwords. Refunds are processed through the original PayPal transaction, subject to provider processing time. Refunded or reversed orders lose future download access; do not keep using or redistribute refunded files. Partial refunds require support review. Other valid purchases remain available.

Learning workbooks are independent materials. No affiliation with exam organizations or guarantee of an exam result is implied. Financial examples are hypothetical mathematics, not individualized advice or forecasts. Use qualified professional advice where your circumstances require it.

Support

Use the contact displayed on the product page or your existing account page. Report a missing file, technical delivery issue or material error with its filename and order ID. We will investigate and offer an appropriate correction or refund. These terms do not limit applicable consumer rights.
