Fix CSV image filename mismatches before batch export
A focused checklist for matching product spreadsheet rows to the local photos selected in the graphics studio.

Match the complete filename
The image column in a product CSV must match the selected local photo filename, including its extension. Start with a single product row and copy the actual filename from your photo folder. A short label such as tote is not the same value as tote.jpg.
The studio uses local files rather than downloading photos from links. Keep the required title and image columns in the header. The optional price and brand columns provide product text, while the current layout settings supply the rest of the design.
Keep names unique and review the spreadsheet
Do not select two different photographs with the same filename. Rename working copies clearly before preparing the CSV, then update the corresponding image values. Keep original photos in a separate folder so you can make another export without losing the source.
Export your spreadsheet as UTF-8 CSV. Use the provided example as a starting point and check that quoted text has been saved correctly. The current batch accepts up to 20 product rows and 20 selected photos. Missing or unsupported files should be corrected before you retry.
Check a small collection before publishing
Choose the CSV and its matching JPG, PNG, or WebP photos. Each selected photo must meet the studio limits. Inspect your titles, prices, and brand values: a successful export cannot establish whether an offer is accurate or whether you have permission to publish an image.
CSV and multi-size ZIP exports require a Pro pass. Use the free single-graphic preview and export to check your design first. After producing a batch, open the downloaded PNGs and review all three shapes before posting them on any external platform. The studio does not publish for you.
