Organize product image exports before making social graphics
Keep source photos, resized copies and finished graphics in separate folders so that a small catalog is easier to update.

Separate sources from finished graphics
Create a simple folder structure before starting a product collection. Keep original product photos in one folder, resized working copies in another, and finished promotional graphics in a third. Use a collection name or date in the export folder so that a later revision does not become mixed with the current files.
These folders serve different purposes. A source photo is useful for another crop or layout. A resized copy is a working asset. A finished graphic contains text and design choices that you should review before publishing. Keeping all three helps you trace a result back to its source.
Choose predictable working filenames
The batch image studio can add a prefix and a sequence number to exported images. A short product or collection prefix makes a folder easier to scan. If you leave the prefix blank, the tool uses a cleaned version of the original name and adds a suffix when needed for duplicate names.
After downloading, decide which actual filenames you will use in your product spreadsheet. Do not assume that a renamed export still matches an earlier CSV. The product graphics studio matches the image column to exact local filenames, including the extension; it does not fetch images from web links.
Prepare a small CSV collection
Start from the studio example CSV. The title and image columns are required, while price and brand are optional. Select the matching local JPG, PNG, or WebP photos alongside the spreadsheet. Check product titles and prices before exporting; the software cannot determine whether a commercial offer is accurate.
CSV batch export supports up to 20 product rows and 20 selected photos. The current layout settings are reused, while each row supplies its own product text. Multi-size ZIP and CSV export require a Pro pass. A single product graphic can be created and exported free before you commit to a larger collection.
Review all three output shapes
The studio offers portrait, square, and landscape presets. Switch the preview between them and check headline wrapping, product edges, and the position of the price and logo. A design that looks clear in one shape can need shorter text or another photo fit in a different shape.
Store the downloaded collection ZIP with the CSV and source folder reference. Open the final PNGs before posting them anywhere. The studio does not publish to social platforms, remove backgrounds, or generate product photographs. Its presets are useful working sizes, not guaranteed requirements for any particular platform.
