A repeatable size and naming workflow for product images
Prepare a consistent set of product photos with padding, crop choices and predictable filenames.

Decide the frame before processing
Choose a width and height for the destination you are preparing. Check the destination’s current image requirements rather than assuming one size works everywhere. The tool allows dimensions from 1 to 4096 pixels.
White padding keeps the whole product visible inside an exact-size canvas. Center crop fills that canvas but trims edges. Fit inside produces an image within the selected bounds without enlarging it; its final width and height can differ from the requested box.
Give the batch a useful name
Use a short product or campaign prefix, such as linen-bag. Starting at 1 produces linen-bag-001.jpg, linen-bag-002.jpg and so on. Use a different prefix for each product to make the exported folder easier to scan.
Leave the prefix blank to retain a cleaned version of each original name. Unsupported filename characters are replaced, and duplicates receive a suffix. Keep the original files in a separate folder so that another export is easy to make.
Check one export before the full batch
Try the sample image to understand the three resize modes. Then process a few real photos and inspect the edges, product placement and background.
JPG uses a white background for transparent regions. PNG can retain transparency when the selected resize mode does not add a white background. The quality slider affects JPG and WebP, not PNG. Download the final batch as a ZIP only after checking the previews.
