Your purchase
Both passes unlock the full features of HEIC to JPG, simple Word to PDF, Batch image studio and Product graphics studio. A 30-day pass lasts 30 consecutive days from confirmed payment; another 30-day purchase extends an active period by 30 days. Lifetime access has no account expiry and includes updates to these four tools. Future separate tools, AI services or other products are not included unless explicitly stated. Lifetime does not guarantee perpetual operation of the website.
Payment and delivery
Prices are in USD and shown before checkout. These are one-time payments, not recurring subscriptions. PayPal handles payment; your payment provider may apply currency conversion or other fees. Access is delivered to the 0UB email account used to start checkout after the server confirms completed payment. Pending or cancelled payments do not activate access. Sign in with the same email to recover your access on another device.
Try before buying
Tools process files on your device. Pro does not remove browser memory, file-size or documented batch limits. Word conversion is designed for simple DOCX files and can change layout, fonts, headers or tables. Test representative files with the free version before purchasing.
Refunds and payment problems
If access is missing, a payment was duplicated or a paid feature does not work as described, contact support with the order ID so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Applicable statutory consumer rights and PayPal dispute rights are not limited by these terms. Refunded or reversed purchases no longer provide access; a partial refund suspends the access from that order pending support review. Other valid purchases remain available. Buying lifetime access does not automatically refund an earlier 30-day pass.
Account and service
Keep access to your sign-in email. Do not share verification codes. We may limit abusive automated use or account sharing. Any material change to paid access or service availability will be communicated through the service or account email where practicable.
