List your connections
Write down the operating system and available USB ports on each computer, and whether Bluetooth is supported. A wireless receiver occupies a port; a USB-C-only laptop may need a compatible adapter. Check the exact package contents rather than assuming the receiver you already own will work.
Understand switching
Pairing with several devices and controlling them simultaneously are different features. A switching button typically changes the active connection. Software-assisted movement between computers can impose additional operating-system or network requirements. Do not buy based only on the phrase 'multi-device'.
A model on our research shortlist
Logitech markets the M720 Triathlon for switching among up to three computers, with Bluetooth and a compatible USB receiver connection. Its right-handed shape makes fit important. We have not tested this model; it is a specification-based candidate, not a comfort or durability endorsement.
Try fit and consider alternatives
Your hand size, grip, handedness and sensitivity to weight matter. Check dimensions and a seller's return terms. If the mouse you already have is comfortable, a different switching setup might be sufficient. A second inexpensive mouse can also be simpler than installing software or adding adapters.
Spend for the task
For spreadsheet and browser work, convenient switching may matter more than high-end gaming specifications. For competitive games or specialised applications, research those requirements separately. Verify the model, receiver compatibility and current listing before buying; prices are intentionally not reproduced here.
